We also offer twice-weekly service with a discount, and monthly service options. Large properties (over 1/4 acre) have a 20% surcharge applied to the standard rates.

Yes, there is an initial cleanup fee that varies based on how long it's been since your yard was last cleaned. For yards cleaned within the last week, the fee starts at $30. For yards that haven't been cleaned in 2-3 weeks, the fee ranges from $35-$78. For 1-2 months without cleaning, expect $60-$88, and for yards neglected for 2+ months, the fee is $120.
